Update: Elderly Man with Dementia and Great-Grandchildren Found

Glendale Heights, IL - Authorities are asking for the public's help to find a missing elderly Glendale Heights man who was last seen at 8:30 or 9:30 p.m. April 11 at the Roselle Metra station.

Jerry Harrison, 78, has onset dementia, and he is believed to be with his two great-grandchildren, an 11-year-old girl and a 5-year-old boy, according to an Endangered Missing Persons Alert.

Harrison may be driving a red 2005 Ford F150 pickup truck with Illinois license plate 9020GH. His credit card was last used at 3:18 p.m. April 12 at a Subway restaurant in Schiller Park.

Reports say his I-Pass was used on the Jane Addams Memorial Tollway at the River Road toll plaza in Schiller Park.

He was last seen wearing a green button-down shirt, black slacks and white gym shoes. He is 6 feet tall, weighs 214 pounds and is bald with brown eyes.

Anyone with information about Harrison is asked to call Glendale Heights police at 630-260-6070 or call 911.
