Mostly Vacant At New Elmhurst Apartment Complex

ELMHURST, IL – About 2½ months after opening, the seven-story Vyne on Haven apartment complex in Elmhurst is still more than half vacant.

The multimillion-dollar complex opened April 1 at Haven Road and First Street.

As of Thursday, 82 of the 200 apartments were rented out. That's up by 17 from early May.

The monthly rents range from $2,195 for a one-bedroom to $5,504 for a three-bedroom, according to Vyne's website.

The complex was developed by Minneapolis-based Ryan Companies.

In January 2022, the City Council unanimously approved the Vyne on Haven apartment building. A few months later, ground was broken.

An emailed message for comment was left Thursday with the apartment complex.
