Fairview Avenue in Elmhurst told police they were expecting two packages to be delivered Jan. 21.A neighbor told the resident he saw two young men park a red SUV in front of the house around 3 p.m., according to Elmhurst police.The neighbor saw the men run to the front porch, grab the packages and flee in the car.
