New Restaurant Planned On Elmhurst's Lake Street
The eatery would be next to a liquor store that opened about a year ago.

ELMHURST, IL – A new restaurant is expected to open within six months next to a liquor store on Lake Street, an Elmhurst official said Monday.
Risa Bar and Grill is planned for 630 W. Lake St., next to Lyon's Beverage Depot, according to the city. The liquor store opened about a year ago. Previously in the store's spot were businesses such as Arena Sports Grille and Throw Nation.
The information about Risa was given during a presentation to the City Council by Heather Bereckis, the city's business development manager.

Bereckis gave no other details about the restaurant. Patch could find no information online about it.
The city said Risa is now involved in the permitting process.
