Plenty Of Vacancies At New Elmhurst Apartment Complex
Most of the seven-story apartment complex remains unfilled.
ELMHURST, IL – About five weeks after opening, the seven-story Vyne on Haven apartment complex is still seeking renters.
The multimillion-dollar complex opened April 1 at Haven Road and First Street.
As of Tuesday, 65 of the 200 apartments were rented out. That's up by 20 from a month ago.

The monthly rents range from $2,105 for a one-bedroom to $5,543 for a three-bedroom, according to Vyne's website.
The complex was developed by Minneapolis-based Ryan Companies.

In January 2022, the City Council unanimously approved the Vyne on Haven apartment building. A few months later, ground was broken.
An emailed message for comment was left Tuesday with the apartment complex.
