Police Report Arrests for Driving with Suspended, Revoked Licenses
Fifteen drivers also charged with driving without a license; reports compiled through the first half of April.

Driving With a Revoked License
Shamika Kroger, 21, 1506 S. Kostner Apt. 2, Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving with a revoked license after police pulled over her silver Nissan Altima for suspended registration at Roosevelt and Route 83 at 12:34 a.m. March 29. She was released on bond.
Harris U. Jones, 26, 7347 Hoyne Ave., Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving with a revoked license after police pulled over his white Chrysler 300 for tinted windows at Butterfield and Commonwealth at 11:19 a.m. April 10. He also was found to have a warrant out of Stephenson County. He was taken to DuPage County Jail.
Jesus E. Raygoza, 27, 642 S. York Road Apt. 107, was arrested and charged with driving with a revoked license after police pulled over his black Hyundai GLS for improper passing on the shoulder at Route 83 and North Avenue at 5:02 p.m. April 15. He was released on bond and his vehicle towed for forfeiture.
Driving With a Suspended License
Nora Landa, 26, 1315 N. 24th Ave. Apt. 2, Melrose Park, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license after police pulled her over for expired registration at Schiller and York at 2:30 p.m. March 29. She was released on bond.
Gladys Leyva, 21, 50 W. Roseanne, Addison, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance after police pulled over her white Chevrolet Impala at York and Diversey at 5:58 p.m. March 29. She was released on bond.
James McClanahan, 34, 25 B King Arthur Court Apt. 38, Northlake, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance after police pulled him over for no front plate at North Avenue and Berteau at 6:35 p.m. March 30. He was released on bond.
Cynthia M. Thompson, 53, 5749 Circle Drive, Oak Lawn, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license after police pulled over her black Ford Explorer for suspended registration at York and Butterfield at 7:15 a.m. April 2. She was released on bond.
Rebecca Salinas Robles, 30, 3257 W. Hirsch, Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance after police pulled over her gray Honda Pilot for driving without headlights at North and Addison at 11:19 p.m. April 5. She was released on bond.
Lilly A. John, 50, 2510 N. Marmora, Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license after her blue Dodge Caravan was involved in an accident with a 64-year-old Elmhurst woman at North Avenue and Route 83 at noon April 10. She also was charged with improper lane use. She was released on bond.
Larry J. Bettis, 73, 2012 S. 22nd St., Broadview, was arrested and charged with driving with a license suspended for non-insurance after police pulled over his white Ford Crown Victoria for speeding at North and Willow at 4:03 p.m. April 10. He was released on bond.
Michelle Biondolillo, 25, 613 S. Grace, Lombard, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance after her gray Pontiac Aztek was involved in an accident with a 66-year-old Glendale Heights resident at North Avenue and Interstate 290 at 3:28 p.m. April 11. She also was charged with failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident.
Sedale Commings, 25, 3604 W. Polk, Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license after police pulled over a silver Toyota Camry for speeding at Roosevelt and York at 11:58 a.m. April 14. Commings was released on bond.
Edith L. Conrad, 43, 1053 David Drive Apt. 6, Bensenville, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance after police pulled over her gray Pontiac Grand Prix for speeding and avoiding a traffic signal at Grand and York at 1:37 p.m. April 16. She was released on bond.
Wade Neubel, 49, P.O. Box 2438, Bridgeview, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license after police pulled over his tan Volvo in the parking lot of Dominick's, 215 S. Route 83, at 8:29 p.m. April 16.
Driving Without a License
Mercedes Conut-Sosa, 39, 1409 N. 44th, Stone Park, was arrested and charged with driving without a license, driving without insurance and scavenging in a commercial zone after police responded to a call for a suspicious vehicle at Industrial and York Road at 7:37 a.m. March 29. He was released on bond.
Juan Mendez-Sanchez, 48, 1976 W. Algonquin, Mt. Prospect, was arrested and charged with dirving without a license after police pulled over his blue Toyota for improper lane use at Route 83 and North Avenue at 4:40 a.m. March 30. He was released on bond.
Cesar Limon-Luna, 31, 1323 S. 51st Court, Cicero, was arrested and charged with driving without a license and driving without insurance after police pulled over his beige Lexus RX 350 for speeding at North and Willow at 9:35 a.m. April 2. He was released on bond.
Juana Romero, 30, 1203 N. 20th Apt. 2, Melrose Park, was arrested and charged with driving without a license after police pulled her over for speeding at North Avenue and Berteau at 3:26 p.m. April 2. She was released on bond.
Jaime Mora, 41, 511 W. Linda, Addison, was arrested and charged with driving without a license after police pulled over Mora's blue Ford Windstar at Oaklawn and Grand at 5:25 p.m. April 2. Mora was released at the scene.
Lizeth A. Romero, 22, 714 N. 11th Ave., Melrose Park, was arrested and charged with driving without a license and driving without insurance after police pulled over her Pontiac Bonneville for speeding at North and Willow at 9:06 a.m. April 5. She was released on bond.
Jose M. Rodriguez, 41, 310 George Apt. 2NW, Bensenville, was arrested and charged with driving without a license after police pulled over his white Chevrolet Trailblazer for disobeying a traffic signal at North Avenue and Route 83 at 4:40 p.m. April 5. He was released on bond.
Frank Miulli, 27, 142 N. Larch Apt. 3, was arrested and charged with driving without a license after police pulled over his blue Chevrolet Blazer for violating a median at North Avenue and Route 83 at 1:12 a.m. April 6. He was released on bond.
Santos M. Morales, 33, 184 Rose, Bensenville, was arrested and charged with driving without a license after police pulled over his gray Toyota Camry for failure to dim highbeam headlights at Grand and Industrial at 8:07 p.m. April 6. He was released on bond.
Aaron Velazquez, 25, 17W436 Manor Lane, Villa Park, was arrested and charged with driving without a license after police stopped his white Nissan Armada at St. Charles and Route 83 after receiving a report of a suspicious vehicle near Salt Creek School at 12:48 a.m. April 8. He was released on bond.
Jose A. Knapp, 21, 4907 S. Keeler, Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving without a license after police pulled over his white Volkswagon Passat for tinted windows at Roosevelt and Prospect at 9:12 a.m. April 10. He was released on bond.
Juan Arellano-Diaz, 33, 701 Roy Apt. C, Villa Park, was arrested and charged with driving without a license after police pulled over his silver Honda Civic for failure to yield at St. Charles and Route 83 at 11:27 a.m. April 12. He also was arrested on a failure to appear warrant out of DuPage County. He was released on bond.
Devonte Walton, 20, 138 N. Menard Apt. 3, Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving without a license and driving without insurance after police pulled over his blue Pontiac Grand Prix for no plate light at York and Interstate 290 at 1:01 a.m. April 13. He was released on bond.
Raul Rojas-Ruiz, 34, 4153 W. Crystal Apt. 2, Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving without a license after police pulled over his white Nissan Macima for speeding at York and I-290 at 3:42 p.m. April 16. He was released on bond.
Rene J. Torres, 25, 3201 S. Springfield Ave., Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving without a license after police pulled over his black Mercury Cougar for speeding at Route 83 and Lake Street at 7:58 p.m. April 16. He was released on bond.
