Elmhurst, IL — A car rented from Franklin Park was reported stolen between July 6 and 7 from the parking lot of a hotel in the 400 block of W Lake Street in Elmhurst.Elmhurst police contacted the rental car company, which said three other cars had been stolen in similar incidents, according to Elmhurst police.The stolen car is a 2016 Toyota Camry.On July 9, a rented 2001 Toyota, 4 Runner was also reported stolen from the 300 block of S York, Elmhurst police reported. The car was parked in a driveway overnight, and the renter still had the car keys.
