Robbery Reported on N. York Road in Elmhurst
The robbers reportedly punched a person in the mouth and took a backpack July 3.
Elmhurst, IL — A person reported to Elmhurst police that he was robbed at 11 p.m. July 3 in the 600 block of N York Road.
He told police he was walking when he was approached by the robbers, who took his backpack, and one of them reportedly punched him in the mouth, according to Elmhurst police.
The backpack contained personal items and cash, police reported.
