Shooting Suspects Nabbed In Elmhurst: Cops

They were involved in a shooting in a neighboring town, police said.

ELMHURST, IL – Authorities said they arrested three suspects early Sunday morning in Elmhurst who were involved in a shooting in a neighboring town.

About 1:30 a.m., officers spotted a car involved in the shooting, according to an Elmhurst police news release. The car crashed near the Interstate 290 ramp at St. Charles Road, police said. Officers arrested the trio and then caught the fourth one shortly after.

Police said no more suspects are considered at large. They did not identify the suspects or the town where the shooting occurred.
