Ever make a guitar pick necklace? Want to play some air guitar?

School is out and the kids are already saying: “I’m bored!” What’s a parent to do?
Elmhurst Historical Museum has the answer for families looking for fun, affordable activities this summer. Children ages 4-12 accompanied by a caregiver are invited to the Museum’s Education Center, 120 E. Park Ave., for Summer Fun and Games, from 1 to 3 p.m. any Tuesday through Aug. 13. Each week, a different craft activity with a rock-and-roll theme will be featured.
The cost is $2 per project for nonmembers and $1 for members of the Elmhurst Heritage Foundation. No reservations are required.
