Super Ego Adopts Elmhurst Park
The company hosted its first cleanup event, with employees volunteering their time.

ELMHURST, IL – Elmhurst-based Super Ego Holding recently adopted Jaycee Tot Lot Park at 445 Larch Ave. as part of the Elmhurst Park District’s Adopt-A-Park program.
On Friday, the company hosted its first park clean-up event, where employees volunteered their time to pick up litter, identify restoration needs, and beautify the space for local families and neighbors. The team cleaned the playground equipment, raked the sandbox, removed weeds, and is looking forward to returning regularly to continue to maintain and care for the park.
The park adoption reflects Super Ego's belief that strong communities start with showing up, not just for customers and drivers, but for neighbors too, the company said. The company’s investment in its people extends beyond its facilities and fleet: by creating opportunities for employees to give back together, they’re building pride in both their work and the place they call home, Super Ego said.

Looking ahead, Super Ego is also participating in Elmhurst’s Touch-A-Truck event in September. Alongside other local businesses and first responders, they’ll be on-site with one of their trucks, giving kids and families the chance to explore the cab, win prizes, ask questions, and learn about the vehicles they see on the road every day.
