Thanksgiving Dinner Hosted by Elmhurst Rotary, Diplomat West Banquets

The Elmhurst Rotary Club will serve its 22nd complementary Thanksgiving dinner, co-hosted by Diplomat West Banquets.

The traditional turkey dinner will take place at noon Nov. 26, and it is open to the community, according to the club.

“Once again, we extend a special invitation to residents who may be alone or without another place to celebrate the holiday. It’s our way of expressing gratitude for all the good things we experience in our lives,” said chairman Bill Sakash in a statement.

Rotarians and volunteers will serve the feast with all the trimmings.

A York High School jazz combo, under the direction of Mike Pavlik, will provide entertainment, according to the club. Magician Bob James will bring his bag of tricks.
