Vacancies Drop At Elmhurst Apartment Complex
Anything from a studio to a three-bedroom unit remains available.

ELMHURST, IL – When Vyne on Haven opened April 1, 2024, Patch launched monthly updates about its occupancy levels. This is because some Elmhurst residents asserted the city has enough apartments.
A year later, 177 of the 200 apartments are occupied at Haven Road and First Street, according to Vyne's website. That works out to 89 percent, above March's 85 percent.
Of the available units, monthly rents range from $2,058 for a studio to $5,505 for a three-bedroom.

At a City Council meeting last summer, Mayor Scott Levin expressed confidence that Vyne on Haven would fill up.
"I've seen on social media stories about how the Vyne is under-leased," the mayor said. "It's really ahead of the game of where it's supposed to be. This is our fourth close-to-200-unit rental space that is in demand. That really supports our downtown businesses."

The complex was developed by Minneapolis-based Ryan Companies.
In January 2022, the City Council unanimously approved the Vyne on Haven apartment building. A few months later, ground was broken.
The next Patch update is planned in three months.
