What's Happening To Old Elmhurst Restaurant Building?
A business is remodeling the building at a key Elmhurst intersection.

ELMHURST, IL – In 2019, Krave Restaurant closed after a few years at a key Elmhurst intersection because of flooding.
The building, which is at the northwest corner of St. Charles Road and Route 83, has been vacant ever since. Krave now has a location in south suburban Bridgeview.
Drivers may have noticed a construction fence recently going up around the property. A sign for Elmhurst-based Royal Empire Construction was attached to the old Krave sign.
