When 2nd Yorky's Plans To Open
The new restaurant features a bigger dining room and kitchen.
ELMHURST, IL – The second Yorky's fast food restaurant is set to open at some point in March, its owners said Wednesday.
In response to a Patch inquiry, the owners said they are excited to provide their customer base "with a new building and the same good quality food."
The new restaurant is planned for the old Back Alley Burger site at 609 W. St. Charles Road.

The eatery has been at 836 N. York St. since 1975. It was rebuilt in the last decade.

Yorky's says it specializes in broasted chicken as well as gyros, Greek salads, kebabs and pasta.
