Harley Clarke Mansion on Monday Agenda
City discusses plans for mansion at Human Services Committee meeting Monday at 7:30 p.m.

The Harley Clarke Mansion will be on the agenda for discussion at the city’s Human Services Committee meeting Monday at 7:30 p.m.
The Evanston City Council did not approve the sale of the historic lakefront property last July. They directed the City Manager Wally Bobkiewicz to seek public input and find other options for the property’s use.
“Moving forward, it is my intention to open up a process by which the City of Evanston can directly engage its residents so that they can share with us creative ideas for the adaptive reuse of this iconic lakefront property that would keep intact the surrounding park area,” said Bobkiewicz, according to the city website.
