For example, children are now enjoying the recent renovations of Kennedy Park and Candy Cane Park, with other park renovations to follow.

Residents can soon expect to see the new Subaru dealer at 95th and Utica, while enjoying a new hotspot, Spoke & Vine, opening soon on the northeast corner of 95th and Kedzie Avenue. More and more businesses are finding Evergreen Park an ideal place to set up shop.

Neighbors of all ages will enjoy the new Activity Center that is being created at the old Jacob’s Well building on Maple.
