OSF Little Company of Mary Medical Centers Set To Knock Down North Pavilion In Spring 2026
A comprehensive structural assessment that determined the North Pavilion building could no longer be feasibly renovated. OSF says.

EVERGREEN PARK, IL – OSF HealthCare Little Company of Mary Medical Center will begin the “carefully planned removal” of the North Pavilion and adjacent IT building starting in Spring 2026, The work is expected to conclude next fall.

“As we look to the future, it is essential that our campus evolves to meet the needs of the patients, families, and communities we serve,” Kathleen Kinsella, president of OSF Little Company of Mary Medical Center said in a news release. “This project allows us to reinvest in modern, efficient, and accessible spaces that strengthen our Mission and support high-quality care.”
