• 59 New Members Inducted Into Evergreen Park Community High School National Honor Society (patch.com) — Evergreen Park Community High School recently welcomed 59 new students into its National Honor Society during a Dec. 2 ceremony, while also recognizing 61 graduating senior members. The event highlighted academic excellence, leadership, and service among Evergreen Park teens, with Principal Matt Dugan and NHS sponsor Ben Nesler leading the inductions and honoring the seniors’ accomplishments.
   

• Evergreen Park Youth Collect Twice The Donations From Last Year In Annual Coat Drive (patch.com) — Evergreen Park residents more than doubled donations to the Youth Department’s annual coat drive this fall, contributing 942 coats, accessories, and blankets for neighbors in need. Items poured into drop-off sites at Village Hall, the public library, OSF Little Company of Mary, and a local sorority affiliate, with organizers praising the community’s generosity and partnerships.
