• Residents Step Up To Donate Over 900 Coats, Hats And Gloves To Evergreen Park Youth Department Coat Drive (patch.com) — Evergreen Park residents more than doubled their support for the Youth Department’s annual coat drive this fall, donating 942 coats, accessories and blankets at drop-off sites around town. The record-breaking collection, supported by local partners including the library and medical center, will help keep vulnerable families warm through donations to Almost Home Chicago and the Greater Auburn Gresham Development Corporation.
