BMO Harris Bank In Frankfort Robbed, Police Searching For Suspects
Authorities said two men entered the bank with guns and demanded money before fleeing in a dark blue Dodge Challenger.

FRANKFORT, IL — Authorities are searching for two men they say robbed a bank in Frankfort on Saturday.
According to the Will County Sheriff's Office, deputies were called to BMO Harris Bank at 19500 S. Harlem Ave. around 11:50 a.m. after two unidentified Black males entered the bank, displayed guns and demanded money.
Authorities said numerous customers were inside the bank during the robbery. The first suspect demanded money from a teller, while the second went with a bank employee into the vault.

According to authorities, the second suspect struck the bank employee in the back of the head with his gun while she was attempting to access the vault. The employee was treated by medics at the scene, authorities said.
According to authorities, the suspects placed an unknown amount of money in several bags before leaving in a dark blue Dodge Challenger. Authorities said the suspects were last seen traveling north on Harlem Avenue.
