Volunteers Will 'Egg' Your Yard For Donations To Charity

The Finley Forever Foundation will set up egg hunts in yards in Frankfort, Mokena, New Lenox, and Manhattan, with proceeds to a good cause.

FRANKFORT, IL — A nonprofit aimed at supporting children with cancer and their families is offering a chance for local parents to give their kids a little Easter egg hunt fun, with a little help.

The Finley Forever Foundation, which focuses on providing hope, support, and financial assistance to local Chicago area families affected by cancer, is holding an "Egg My Yard" fundraiser. Volunteers are ready to plant plastic Easter eggs in the yards of families in Frankfort, Mokena, New Lenox, and Manhattan.

The Finley Forever Foundation was started in 2021 by bereaved parents Dan and Lacey Bracken, after the death of their 2-year-old daughter Finley less than a year after she was diagnosed with neuroblastoma.
