Crepe, Waffle Restaurant Special Use Approved By Frankfort Board
The carry-out restaurant, Crepology, will be located at 19977 S. La Grange Road.
FRANKFORT, IL — At its Monday meeting, the Frankfort Village Board approved a special use permit for a new crepe and waffle cafe.
The restaurant, Crepology, will be located at 19977 S. La Grange Road in the Hickory Creek Market Place Shopping Center.
The special use permit was to allow for a carry-out restaurant in a B-3 General Business District. There will also be 16 tables inside the space, according to Board documents.

The plan commission also unanimously recommended the project.
"Looking forward to having you open and another new restaurant in town," Mayor Keith Ogle said.

This is the first location for Crepology, although the applicant has previously owned and operated two Mediterranean restaurants, according to Board documents.
