Drunken Drivers Wanted: Arrest Warrants in the L-Way Communities

There are warrants out for the arrest of more than 100 accused criminals in the Lincoln-Way communities of New Lenox, Mokena and Frankfort.

The Will County Sheriff's Department last updated its warrants list on Oct. 10, 2013.

The list below includes warrants for driving under the influence of alcohol:

  • Brett R. Robertson, 35, is wanted on charges of driving under the influence and DUI with a blood-alcohol level greater than 0.08. His last known address was in the 600 block of Cedar Road, New Lenox. The warrant was issued on March 1, 2013. No bail was listed.
  • Brian J. Mohan, 23, is wanted on charges of driving under the influence and DUI with a blood-alcohol level greater than 0.08. His last known address was in the 700 block of Cooper Road, New Lenox. The warrant was issued on Sept. 6, 2013. No bail was list.
  • Jerold J. Schwartz, 53, is wanted on charges of driving under the influence and DUI with a blood-alcohol level greater than 0.08. His last known address was in the 9600 block of Steger Road, Frankfort. The warrant was issued on March 4, 2011. Bail was set at $2,000.
  • Richard Hofer, 77, is wanted on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol and DUI with a blood-alcohol level greater than 0.08. The warrant was issued on Jan. 31, 2013.
  • Derek W. Vessey, 25, is wanted on charges of driving under the influence and DUI with a blood-alcohol level greater than 0.08. His last known address was in the 10700 block of Green Meadow, Mokena. The warrant was issued on March 18, 2011. Bail was set at $1,500.
  • Gary B. Neff, 40, is wanted on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and DUI with a blood-alcohol level greater than 0.08. His last known address was in the 19700 block of Glennell, Mokena. The warrant was issued on March 19, 2012. Bail was set at $1,475.
