Frankfort Chick-Fil-A Opens April 3

To celebrate its opening, Chick-fil-A Frankfort will honor 100 local heroes in the community with free Chick-fil-A for a year.

FRANKFORT, IL — The new Frankfort Chick-fil-A will open April 3 for dine-in, drive-thru, carry-out and Mobile Thru, from 6:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Saturday.

According to a release from the business, the new restaurant, at 20091 S. La Grange Road, brings about 120 jobs to the community.

Joy Dodge, who is celebrating 12 years with Chick-fil-A this year, has been selected to serve as the local Owner-Operator of Chick-fil-A Frankfort, according to a release. Dodge grew up in the Wheaton area, where her journey to becoming an Operator began at 16 years old.

“When I started working at my local Chick-fil-A restaurant as a teenager, I never could have imagined how the next decade of my life would unfold. From helping pay for my education to meeting my husband and building life-long relationships, I’m truly appreciative for the experiences that have shaped my journey,” Dodge said in a release. “My local Chick-fil-A has been a meaningful part of my story, and I can’t wait to start this next chapter in Frankfort and to create meaningful experiences at the restaurant for our Team Members, Guests and the community.”

To celebrate its opening, Chick-fil-A Frankfort will honor 100 local heroes in the community with free Chick-fil-A for a year, a release states. Chick-fil-A, Inc., has also donated $25,000 to Feeding America in honor of the new opening. These funds will be distributed to Northern Illinois Food Bank, a Feeding America partner food bank to support local hunger relief efforts.

The new restaurant will participate in the Chick-fil-A Shared Table® program, an initiative that redirects surplus food from the restaurant to local soup kitchens, shelters, food banks and nonprofits in need, according to a release.

Chick-fil-A Frankfort joins more than 50 other Chick-fil-A restaurants serving the wider Chicago market.
