Pierogi’s, Stogies, and Polka’s Fundraiser Scheduled For Thursday
Frankfort Mayor Keith Ogle's political fundraiser will feature live polka music, a Polish buffet, dancing and a cash bar at CD&ME.
FRANKFORT, IL — Frankfort Mayor Keith Ogle is bringing back his political fundraiser — dubbed Pierogi’s, Stogies, and Polka’s — from 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday at CD&ME, 23320 S. LaGrange Road.
The event is scheduled to include live polka music by Bruce Korosa from WJOL 1340 AM radio, according to a news release about the event. Also part of the festivities will be a Polish buffet, dancing and a cash bar. Food will be catered by Cultivate Restaurant in Frankfort.
“We had this event a few years ago and people have been asking me to host it again, so we decided to do it this year,” Ogle said. “Plus, it is a chance to have one of our great restaurants in Frankfort to cater it.”
