Frankfort Night Out Against Crime: Shredding, More
Bring your kids to this family-friendly event and, while you're at it, shred sensitive documents.
FRANKFORT, IL — Frankfort police are inviting the public to attend their annual "Night Out Against Crime," a community event focused on building relations between police and the community.
There will be lots to do at the free family event on Tuesday, Aug. 6. It runs from 6 to 8 p.m.
First and foremost, there will be free hot dogs for the first 600 people. They're offering popcorn and snow cones.

For fun, kids can jump in the bounce houses and touch a truck (including a cement mixer, SWAT vehicle, fire truck, police car, snow plows, tractors) alongside games and face painters.
If you've got important documents that need to be destroyed, there will be a shred truck from 6 to 7 p.m. sponsored by the Maria Hohman Agency.
