Frankfort Public Library Building To Reopen To Public June 29
"We will return to our regular schedule with a couple of new requirements and limitations," library officials said.

FRANKFORT, IL—As library staff look ahead to phase IV of the Governor J.B. Pritzker's Restore Illinois plan, they've been making updates within the building to welcome visitors back.
According to the library, its touchless pick-up program is scheduled to end Saturday, June 27; however, the library building will open to the public on Monday, June 29.

- Monday – Thursday, 9 a.m. – 9 p.m.
- Friday & Saturday, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.

- *All patrons – ages 2 and up – must wear a mask and maintain social distancing of 6’ while in the library building.
- Computer use is only available to Frankfort Public Library District cardholders and is limited to 1 hour each day.
- Study and Meeting Rooms will not be available.
- July programs will continue to be virtual.
- There are no fines on library materials until further notice.
*Patrons who can not wear a mask due to a medical condition can arrange for touchless pick-up by phoning the Circulation Dept. at (815) 469-2423. Touchless pickup is only available as an exception after Saturday, June 27.
