Hickory Hills Man Faces Felony Retail Theft Charge: Frankfort PD

Arrests made and citations issued by Frankfort police from Dec. 13-19.

FRANKFORT, IL — The following information is from the Frankfort Police Department unless otherwise noted. An arrest is not an indication of guilt.

Outstanding Warrant

Karlee M. Harper, 24, of the 17200 block of 70th Avenue, Tinley Park, was served an outstanding Will County warrant during a traffic stop at around 1:37 a.m. Dec. 13 near LaPorte Road and Crystal Lake Way. Harper also was cited for driving without a valid registration, driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance. She was released on bond, and her next court date is Jan. 3.

Retail Theft

Anthony J. Cingrani, 28, of the 8600 block of South 84th Court, Hickory Hills, was arrested and charged with felony retail theft following an incident at around 11:20 a.m. Dec. 13 in the 20100 block of LaGrange Road.

Cingrani also was served outstanding warrants for Will and DuPage counties, and he was served an outstanding warrant for violating his probation in Cook County, according to Frankfort police.

He is currently being held without bail in Will County Jail, according to the Will County Sheriff's Office's website.

DUI

David A. Boosted, 66, of Warrenville, was cited for driving under the influence, improper lane use and driving without insurance following a property damage accident at around 5:40 p.m. Dec. 14 near Oak and Kansas streets. He was released on bond, and his court date is Jan. 2.

Suspended License

Cannon D. Gates, 57, of Gary, Indiana, was cited for driving with a suspended license. Gates was released on bond and is scheduled back in court Jan. 3.
