Taste Of Frankfort Returns This Month

Frankfort Mayor Keith Ogle brings the event back for the first time since 2016.

FRANKFORT, IL — After a five-year hiatus, Taste of Frankfort is set to return to the village Sept. 21. The event is scheduled to be held from 5:30-8:30 p.m. at CD&ME, 23320 S. LaGrange Road in Frankfort.

Restaurants from in and around the Frankfort area will sample their finest cuisines for attendees. Tickets for the event are $40.

"This was always a popular event for residents and visitors to attend and enjoy some of the best food in the region," Frankfort Mayor Keith Ogle wrote in a new release. "Now more than ever, we need to support our local businesses as they continue their financial recovery from the pandemic."

Taste of Frankfort was last held in 2016 by then-Mayor Jim Holland.

Center's for Disease Control and Prevention guidelines will be in effect, according to the news release.
