17 Businesses Participating In Geneva Cocoa Crawl

Shops, businesses and a church are participating in the crawl, where they'll serve various cocoa creations to participating adults and kids.

GENEVA, IL — Looking for a reason to drink lots of hot chocolate? Look no further than Geneva Chamber of Commerce's Cocoa Crawl, set to start at 11 a.m. Dec. 11. Seventeen downtown Geneva businesses are participating in this year's event, where various cocoa creations will be served.

Adults and children taking part in the crawl will have until 4 p.m. to visit the 17 participating businesses. They include restaurants, shops and churches mostly on Third, State and Franklin streets.

Some of the samples might include alcohol — to see which ones, visit this map — but non-alcoholic substitutes will be available.

Tickets for the crawl cost $15 and are required per participant. They can be purchased online or by visiting the second floor at 8 S. Third St. during regular business hours Dec. 6-10.

Organizers said given COVID-19 and changing regulations, it's possible the event could be canceled but if that occurs, full refunds will be offered.
