Duck Donuts To Open 3rd Illinois Store At Geneva Commons
Besides donuts, the popular doughnut franchise will also sell coffee and espresso beverages, donut breakfast sandwiches and milkshakes.

GENEVA, IL — Duck Donuts, a made-to-order doughnut shop, is set to open its third location in Illinois at Geneva Commons.
A grand opening is set for 7 a.m. Saturday, and doughnut enthusiasts wanting to be the first into the new store will be awarded for waiting in line. The first person in line will be awarded a dozen free doughnuts each month for a year, while the next 50 guests will receive the Sprinkling Happiness Package — two dozen doughnuts and a bucket of coffee — for a future visit, the franchise announced.
The first Duck Donuts locations opened in the beach towns of Duck and Kitty Hawk, North Carolina, in 2007. The Pennsylvania-headquartered company began franchising in 2013, spreading its original intention to create an oasis for vacationers by serving warm, made-to-order doughnuts.
