Geneva's Historic Restaurant The Little Owl Put Up For Sale
The building that holds Bicycle Heaven and H4 Training, across the street, is also for sale or for lease, according to report.
GENEVA, IL — The Little Owl and its historic building at 101 W. State Street were listed for sale in the fall, with Flagstone Crafts and Cocktails, 105 W. State Street, Jace Murray, listing agent of Murray Commercial in St. Charles, said, according to the Kane County Chronicle. The 101 and 105 W. State Street spots were put up for sale together for $1.3 million, according to Murray, the news report said. In addition, the building that holds Bicycle Heaven and H4 Training, across the street at 124 W. State Street, is for sale for $1.549 million, or is also available for lease, Kane County Chronicle said.
The Arbizzani Family, who owned The Little Owl since 1947, declined to comment through Murray, Kane County Chronicle added.
"The Owl spread it’s (sic) wings in 2007 when we added The Flagstone Pub," the family said according to the business' website.

The owner of the 124 W. State Street building, Ara Oggoian, hasn't returned messages from the news source seeking comment.
