It's almost time for kids to head back to school. To prepare for the upcoming school year, we've compiled a list of important dates for 2016-2017 calendar year:

  • First Day of School - Aug. 24
  • Teacher Institute Day - No School for Students - Sept. 2
  • Labor Day - Sept. 5
  • Teacher Institute Day - No School for Students - Oct. 7
  • Columbus Day - Oct. 10
  • Parent/Teacher Conferences - No School for Students - Nov. 21-22
  • Thanksgiving Break - Nov. 23-25
  • Winter Break - Dec. 19 - Jan. 2
  • MLK Day - Jan. 16
  • President's Day - Feb. 20
  • Teacher Institute Day - No School for Students - March 3
  • Spring Break - March 27-31
  • No School - April 14
  • Memorial Day - May 29
  • Last Day of School - June 5
  • Emergency Days - June 6-9, June 12
