Underground Fiber Installment Happening In Sunset Prairie Subdivision
Geneva officials said the company helming the project did not provide a date for when the work will be completed.
GENEVA, IL — New underground fiber is being installed starting Monday in Geneva's Sunset Prairie subdivision, officials said.
The project, helmed by Metronet, is taking place near Peck and Kaneville roads, weather permitting. Work involves boring and installing fiber into utility easements.
Geneva officials said Metronet did not provide a date for when the work will be completed. The installation is not expected to impact roadways.
