Water Main Breaks On State Street In Geneva

GENEVA, IL — A water main break Tuesday morning on East State Street will impact traffic until it’s resolved, officials said.

The incident occurred around 8 a.m. and has limited westbound traffic to one lane west of East Side Drive to east of Sandholm Street.

Drivers are encouraged to find alternate routes or use caution when driving through the construction zone, city officials said.
