Windy Acres Farm Plans Easter Events To Celebrate 40th Anniversary

GENEVA, IL — Windy Acres Farm in Geneva is celebrating its 40th anniversary this year, and it's celebrating with four day-long events for spring and Easter.

An egg hunt, a train ride, a meet-and-greet with the Easter Bunny and a petting zoo are just some of the activities planned for April 12-13 and April 18-19. This year, Easter falls on Sunday, April 20.

"For four decades, Windy Acres Farm has been a place where memories are made!" Geneva Chamber of Commerce officials wrote in a news release. "Join the fun at the farm this April as they celebrate 40 years of family fun with a day full of springtime excitement."

For each event, the Easter Bunny will be at the farm from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and egg hunts will take place at 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.

Tickets, which cost $15 per child and $7 for adults, are for sale on the Windy Acres Farm website.
