Craft Beer Crawl Coming To Downtown Glen Ellyn

Downtown Glen Ellyn will host its first-ever Craft Beer Crawl, featuring beer tastings at 10 different stops.

GLEN ELLYN, IL — Downtown Glen Ellyn is gearing up to host its first-ever Craft Beer Crawl. The May 4 event will feature 10 craft beer samples available at different stops downtown, and an after-party at Two Hound Red Brewery.

The stops include tastings at:

  • The Beer Cellar
  • Good Roots
  • Cabernet & Company
  • Lewey Q's Tap
  • Drip Yoga
  • The Bookstore of Glen Ellyn
  • Gearhead Auto Repair
  • Chocolaterie Stam
  • The Bike Hub
  • Drury Design

The following brews will be featured during the Craft Beer Crawl:

  • Anti-Hero, an American IPA
  • Bauhaus, a German pilsner
  • Bungalow, an American lager
  • Coldtime, an American lager
  • Freedom Lemonade, a fruited kettle sour
  • Mango Sour Diesel, a sour ale
  • Infinity Hero, an American IPA
  • Neckbeard Life, an American Imperial stout
  • Ninja vs. Unicorn, an Imperial IPA
  • Sunshine State, a tropical IPA
  • Hazy Hound, a hazy IPA
  • Pale Horse, an American IPA
  • Steel Machete, a Mexican lager

"Our Ladies Night Out events have been very successful, and we are thrilled to host an event to include men, couples and friend groups," Dawn Smith, Executive Director of the Alliance of Downtown Glen Ellyn, said in a statement.

Smith added, "Glen Ellyn is home to diverse, locally owned businesses, it’s a great way to learn about new businesses while tasting an assortment of truly great craft beers. Our businesses are excited and planning fun things to welcome the guests."

Tickets are $35 per person, and include 10 four-ounce craft beer samples and a souvenir glass, along with drink specials at the Two Hound Red after-party.
