Developers present a possible subdivision of townhouses for a vacant L-shaped site bordering Route 53.
GLEN ELLYN, IL - Rite-Way Custom Homes pitched a plan to the village's plan commission in recent weeks that includes the addition of nearly two dozen townhouses on a vacant property located on the south side of Harding Avenue and bordering Route 53 to the east, according to the Daily Herald. The village's feedback was mixed and they are exploring different alternatives for the site.
