Salazar is accused of having a memory card with the footage on it inside his backpack. Fox 32 reports that the memory card was found during an investigation earlier this year in which Salazar was under arrest for charges of delivery of a controlled substance and sexual assault against a minor.
Salazar is scheduled to appear in court for the unauthorized videotaping charges on Aug. 25.
