Residents Invited To Open House About Lake Foxcroft Park Improvements

GLEN ELLYN, IL — The Glen Ellyn Park District has planned an open house for residents to discuss proposed improvements to Lake Foxcroft Park.

The open house will be held June 5 at 4:30 p.m. at the Lake Foxcroft Park picnic shelter.

Residents will have a chance to look at materials of proposed park upgrades, which include installing new playground equipment. Park district staff members will be on hand to address questions and take feedback and suggestions.

This is the fourth public meeting planned for the project, according to Park District Director of Planning and Natural Resources Nathan Troia.

Troia told Patch, "As part of our successful 2022 referendum, we are thrilled to enhance this amazing community park in the southern section of the park district."
