GLEN ELLYN, IL — A 300-foot replica of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Wall will be making a stop at College of DuPage in late May into early June.

Visitors can see the Vietnam Traveling Memorial Wall May 29 to June 2. A ceremony will be held June 1 at 11 a.m., with speeches from State Rep. Amy Grant, Glen Ellyn Village Manager Mark Senak, College of DuPage President Brian Caputo and others.

The hours to view the traveling wall are as follows:

Built to 3/5 of the size of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Wall, the traveling wall includes over 58,000 names listed on the original wall.

“The College is proud to partner with the Glen Ellyn American Legion Post and the Village of Glen Ellyn, along with other sponsors, on this remarkable exhibit,” he said. " By bringing this powerful symbol of remembrance to our campus, we invite the community to reflect on our country’s history and pay tribute to those who gave their lives in service.”
