18 Year Old Charged with Speeding 24-36 MPH Over Limit on Lake Ave.

Driving With a Suspended Driver’s License

Joanna Montesinos, 20, 300 block of Jeanne Ter. in Wheeling, was arrested Oct 1 at 10:30 p.m. in the 4100 block of Dearlove Rd. and charged with Driving With a Suspended License. She was released on a $1,500 bond with a Nov. 7 court date.

Retail Theft

Winfred Barnett, 49, of the 8100 block of Kilpatrick Avenue in Skokie, was arrested Oct. 2 in the 800 block of Waukegan Road and charged with Retail Theft. He was transported to court for a bond hearing.

Speeding

Gerardo Lara, 18, of the 400 block of Radcliff Avenue in Des Plaines, was charged at 8 p.m. Oct. 2 with Speeding 24-36 MPH Over Limit in the 4700 block of East Lake Avenue. Lara was released on $1,500 bond with a Nov. 7 court date.
