360 Athlete Fitness Facility Coming to Glenview
The new training center opening on Shermer Rd. offers a scientific approach to reaching fitness results.
Glenview's newest fitness facility, 360 Athlete, is opening at 2679 Shermer Rd. on April 16, according to a press release, and promises a science-backed program to reach fitness results for your mind and body.
Javier Llanes, a Glenview resident, local tennis coach and 360 founder, is a former All-American NCAA athlete with a psychology degree. His approach to fitness is three-pronged, focusing on areas of sensory brain, motor function and psychology.
Athletes of all ages, levels and sports, serious about taking their game to the next level, are welcome at 360. Following a thorough, introductory assessment process, the 360 staff develops a training program tailored to help reach specific goals on an individual basis.
