The Northfield resident and former Glenview resident passed away on Monday. She was 75.

Charlene M. James, born October 29, 1927, died April 8, 2013 lived in Northfield, and previously in Glenview.
Beloved wife of the late William M. James, Jr. Loving mother of Lynn James (Anne Madsen), Deborah (Gerald) Weinmann, Marcy (Jay) Kleeman and Leslie James-Cook (Tony).

Dear grandmother of Mark (Shiela) Hayes, Kathryn Weinmann (Douglas Bailey), Laura Weinmann, Christine Weinmann, John Kleeman and Aubrey Cook. Great-grandmother of four.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 11 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Donnellan Family Funeral Home, 10045 Skokie Blvd. in Skokie.

The funeral will be held on Friday, April 12 at 10:30 a.m. at the Community Church of Wilmette, 1020 Forest Ave. in Wilmette.
The burial will take place on Friday the Memorial Park Cemetery, 9900 Gross Point Road in Skokie.
