“The students have been working diligently on promoting this great event both in and out of the school,” GBS Business Education teacher Brian Whalen said in a release. “The groups are faced with the same challenges businesses face on a daily basis. It has been a great opportunity for our students to get real life business experience and take what we have learned in the classroom and apply it to an assignment where they can see the results of their work.”
