Glenview Police Make 3 DUI Arrests

Driving Under Influence of Alcohol

Moises Navarro, 62, of Wheeling, was arrested April 13 at 12:30 a.m. in the 3300 block of Milwaukee Ave. and charged with Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, Driving While Breath Alcohol Concentration Greater than .08, and Improper Lane Use. He was released on a $3,000 D-Bond with a court date set for May 6.

Erfrain Cardenas, 43, of Chicago, was arrested April 13 at 7:30 p.m. in the 4200 block of Meadowview Ct. and charged with Driving Under the Influence – Alcohol, Driving Under the Influence – BAC .08 or More, Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle, and Failure to Reduce Speed to Avoid an Accident. He was released on a $3,000 D-Bond with a court date set for May 23.

Mark Degorter, 56, of Dove Canyon, CA, was arrested April 11 at 1:15 a.m. in the 1500 block of East Lake Ave. and charged with Driving Under the Influence – Alcohol, Driving Under the Influence – BAC .08 or More, Speeding, and Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle. He was released on a $3,000 D-Bond with a court date of May 20.

Driving With a Suspended Driver’s License

King Ward, 62, of Chicago, was arrested April 14 at 1:30 a.m. in the 9800 block of Milwaukee Ave. and charged with Driving With a Suspended Driver’s License and Failure to Dim Headlights. He was held pending transport to bond court.

Yale Kim, 22, of Wheeling, was arrested April 10 at 9:15 p.m. in the 1500 block of Milwaukee Ave. and charged with Driving With a Suspended Driver’s License, Registration Suspended for Noninsurance, and Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle. He was released on a $3,000 D-Bond with a court date of May 23.
