Glenview's Combined Insurance Hires Military Veterans

Last Thursday at the Palmer House Hiltin in Chicago, a military recruiter for the Glenview-based Combined Insurance company met with thousands of American military veterans during a U.S. Chamber of Commerce hiring program called Hiring Our Heroes, the Glenview Announcements reports.

The chamber aims to find work for 5,000 vets this year, 1,600 attended the Chicago event and Combined Insurance told the Glenview Announcements they want to hire 1,000 vets this year.
