Target Employee Arrested for Gift Card Scam at Store

Driving Under the Influence

Thomas C. Russo, 49, of the 2600 block of Central Road, Evanston, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence, improper lane use and illegal transportation of alcohol after a Dec. 10 traffic stop in the 4500 block of West Lake Avenue.

DUI and Speeding

Thomas J. Summers, 39, of the 200 block of West Fairmont Place, Mount Prospect, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence, speeding 15 to 20 mph over the limit, driving without insurance and failure to notify the Secretary of State of an address/name change after a Dec. 11 traffic stop in the 4600 block of West Lake Avenue.
