"How to Run & Win a Local Election" will be presented by Ron Friedman at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 12, at the Warren-Newport Public Library District in Gurnee.
The free 90-minute presentation is sponsored by Hutchins Oaks Townhome Association (HOTA). Friedman is president of HOTA, videographer/editor of his public access program "Alias Activist" and an elected library trustee.
